Behind the Curtain at Dickson Graphics

Dickson Graphics is the leading commercial signage company in the Nashville area. Located in Dickson, TN (thus the name), the company services areas all across middle Tennessee. 

The founder, owner, and driving force behind the company is Adam Jude. I’ve been writing blogs for Dickson Graphics for a long time, and I’ve gotten to know Adam well. In this month’s blog, I want to introduce you to the man I know.

The History

Adam is ambitious. Since Adam started in 2009 as a sign company, he has added more and more sign services and more divisions. Now, in addition to the commercial signs division, Adam has a Window Film division that does residential and commercial building window tints, vehicle window tints, and vehicle wraps. 

Adam’s Goals

Adam has a lot of goals for his individual services and for his two divisions, but they are all the same goal – to be the biggest and the best. This might sound a little lofty, maybe even self-serving, but nothing could be further from the truth. Adam is a humble and honest guy who believes doing the best work will eventually make him the biggest. 

Adam takes great satisfaction in doing his best, even if he hasn’t quite become the biggest yet in some areas. So, no matter what work you have Dickson Graphics do, Adam demands that it’s made of the best materials, looks great, is made exactly to specifications, is installed correctly, and will stand the test of time. If you talk to Adam about a quote, all this comes through loud and clear. 

Adam’s Passion

Adam will tell you that he’s passionate about what they do at Dickson Graphics. But why? It’s because he holds all his customers in high regard. He wants to give them a fair price and  the best materials on the market. He wants to do it right the first time and exceed the customer’s expectation. He wants to treat them the way he would want to be treated. (If you don’t recognize that last sentence, it’s a paraphrase of The Gold Rule.)

Adam’s team is equally as passionate about their work as Adam is. That’s because Adam only hires the best people who share his adherence to high standards. His team is talented, certified, creative, hard-working, focused on the customer. It’s a bit of an exception in today’s culture, but isn’t it refreshing?
